A 65-year-old female client presented with symptoms of abdominal pain, bloating, flatulence, lower back ache, stress, panic, insomnia, high blood sugar and high blood pressure associated with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). The treatment protocol consisted of sound healing, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and low-impact exercises, with a total of 10-12 sessions along with self-work and follow-ups. The client reported initial positive changes, including improved sleep, reduced blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and a greater sense of relaxation. The client recognized stress as the underlying cause of discomfort and found that hypnosis, inner child work, and smoking cessation techniques had significantly reduced symptoms. Sound healing and organ regeneration work through hypnotherapy were effective in managing symptoms, although the client acknowledged that progress is still ongoing.
